Doctor sleep was a good sequel to the shining, Flanagan did a wonderful job at crediting Kubricks movie and giving King what he wanted. it was balanced out pretty nicely and it isnt as bad as what everyone says. the crew of doctor sleep really put in effort in the movie, its just sad that it wasnt publicised well enough, it 2 was big when it got released but less people noticed doctor sleep.
